1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced

1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup ricotta cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone to use, place it in the oven as it heats up.

    Prepare the Toppings: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Next, introduce the sliced zucchini and corn kernels to the skillet. Season with oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the zucchini is just tender but retains a slight crunch. Remove the mixture from heat and set aside.

      Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll your pizza dough into a round shape, approximately 12 inches in diameter. If you are using a pizza stone, transfer the dough to a pizza peel that has been dusted with flour. For a baking sheet, lightly grease it with olive oil before carefully placing the dough onto it.
