2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained and chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups fresh spinach

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for sautéing

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Cook the Penne: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 10-12 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside in the colander.
