4 cups fresh arugula, thoroughly washed and dried

1 cup ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup soft goat cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
