2 tablespoons ranch dressing

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

4 (8-inch) flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves, rinsed and dried

Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, or crispy bacon bits for additional flavor and crunch

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the 4 large eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until the eggs are well-combined and slightly frothy. Set the bowl aside while you prepare the other ingredients.

    Cook the Eggs: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a small splash of oil or a pat of butter to the pan, allowing it to melt and coat the surface.
