1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced into small chunks

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

8 small corn tortillas

1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, cut into wedges

Marinate the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, mix the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure the shrimp are well-coated in the marinade. Allow them to marinate for approximately 15 minutes while you prepare the grill and other ingredients.
