½ cup buffalo sauce (your choice, store-bought or homemade)

1 head of butter lettuce or romaine, leaves separated and rinsed

½ cup shredded carrots

½ cup diced celery

½ cup crumbled blue cheese or vegan alternative (optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Tofu: Begin by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture. Afterward, cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes. This size helps the tofu to better soak up spices and sauces, ensuring each bite is flavorful.
