1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough (approximately 8 biscuits)

6 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

8 slices of crispy bacon, cooked and chopped

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Fresh chives, finely chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits carefully. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced a few inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and fluffy. Once done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool slightly on a wire rack.

      Cook the Eggs: While the biscuits are baking, crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Whisk them together with the milk until well combined. Season the egg mixture with a pinch of salt and a dash of black pepper to taste.
