Juice of 1 lime

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional, for a creamy touch)

Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped, for garnish

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), ensuring it is properly heated for even toasting.

    Carefully slice the mini bagels in half, placing them cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
