Grilled Chicken Strawberry Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

4 whole wheat tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans for added crunch

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and ensure they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For more robust flavor, you can marinate it for up to 2 hours.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat. Once heated, remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Once done, remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

      Prepare the Wraps: Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface or cutting board. Start by adding a generous layer of fresh spinach leaves in the center of each tortilla.
