1 large flatbread or naan

1 cup cooked grilled chicken, sliced into strips

1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or your homemade recipe)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh spinach leaves, roughly chopped

1 medium tomato, diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Oven or Grill: Begin by preheating your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). If using a grill, clean and oil the grate to prevent sticking.

    Season the Chicken: If you are starting with raw chicken, drizzle it with olive oil and season liberally with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until it's cooked through and juices run clear. Once done, remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.

      Prep the Flatbread: Take a large baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Place the flatbread or naan on the sheet in preparation for topping.

        Spread the Sauce: With a spoon or spatula, generously spread the Alfredo sauce over the flatbread, making sure to leave a small border around the edges for the crust.
