Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (use plain for tartness or vanilla for sweetness)

1 cup fresh raspberries, washed and patted dry

1/2 cup almonds, chopped or slivered

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust according to your sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon for an extra warm flavor

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:

In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt along with honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon (if using). Mix vigorously with a spatula until the ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

      Incorporate Raspberries:

Gently fold in the fresh raspberries into the yogurt mixture. Take care to avoid crushing the berries too much; you want to preserve some whole raspberries for added texture and a pop of color in each cluster.

          Form the Clusters:

Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, portion out small mounds of the yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Aim for approximately 1 to 2 tablespoons for each cluster, ensuring that some raspberries are visible on the surface for a beautiful presentation.

              Add Almonds:

Sprinkle the chopped or slivered almonds generously over each yogurt cluster, gently pressing them into the yogurt to ensure they adhere well. This adds a delightful crunch to each bite.

                  Freeze:

Carefully place the baking sheet in the freezer. Allow the clusters to freeze for a minimum of 3-4 hours, or until they are completely solid.

                      Serve:

Once fully frozen, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and serve them immediately. If you’re not consuming them right away, store the clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. These refreshing, nutty treats are best enjoyed straight from the freezer!
