Ingredients

2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup granola (your favorite blend, ideally with nuts and dried fruit)

1/2 cup mixed berries (choose from strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Use a whisk or spatula to blend everything thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring the sweet flavors are well integrated.

Layer the Mixture: Take a baking dish (approximately 9x9 inches) and line it with parchment paper, leaving some paper hanging over the edges for easy removal later. Pour half of the yogurt mixture into the lined dish, spreading it out evenly across the base.

Add Berries and Granola: Scatter the mixed berries evenly over the first layer of yogurt. Next, generously sprinkle the granola on top. Press it down gently with a spatula to help it adhere to the yogurt layer.

Finish Layering: Pour the remaining yogurt mixture over the granola and berries, smoothing it out with a spatula. For an extra touch, you may sprinkle a bit more granola on top to enhance both texture and presentation.

Freeze: Cover the baking dish tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and put it in the freezer. Allow it to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the yogurt mixture has fully set and is solid.

Cut into Wedges: After the freezing time is complete, remove the dish from the freezer. Gently lift the frozen yogurt slab out using the parchment paper edges and move it onto a cutting board. Cut it into wedges (approximately 8-10 pieces, depending on your preference).

Serve: Serve the frozen yogurt wedges immediately for a delightful treat! Consider garnishing each wedge with fresh mint leaves or a drizzle of additional maple syrup for an extra hint of sweetness.

Storage: Any remaining wedges can be placed in an airtight container and stored in the freezer for up to one week, maintaining their delicious flavor and texture.
