    Make the Muffin Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined. In a separate bowl, blend the Greek yogurt, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil until the mixture is smooth.

      Combine Ingredients: Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until everything is just combined; it’s okay if the batter remains slightly lumpy—avoid overmixing to keep your muffins tender.
