1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 large cucumber, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Butter lettuce leaves or Romaine lettuce leaves, for wrapping

Optional: slices of ripe avocado for topping

Cook the Chicken:
