1 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup mixed salad greens (such as baby spinach and arugula)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 ripe avocado, sliced

Optional: sliced jalapeños for added heat
