Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, rinsed if fresh

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (sweetness can be adjusted)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: If using fresh blueberries, wash them thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with a clean towel. Peel the bananas and cut them into smaller chunks to facilitate easier blending.

Blend the Mixture: In a blender or food processor, add the banana chunks, blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.

Achieve a Smooth Consistency: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste the mixture; if you prefer a sweeter popsicle, add more honey or syrup at this stage and blend again.

Fill the Popsicle Molds: Carefully pour the blueberry-banana mixture into popsicle molds, ensuring to leave a small gap at the top of each mold to allow for expansion as they freeze.

Insert the Sticks: If your popsicle molds have slots for sticks, insert them halfway into the mixture to keep them in place while freezing.

Freeze the Popsicles: Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Unmold the Popsicles: After freezing, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help loosen the popsicles. Gently tug on the sticks to remove the popsicles from the molds.

Serve and Relish: Serve the popsicles immediately for the best experience, or transfer them to an airtight container and store them in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Prep Time, Total Time, Servings: 10 minutes | 6 hours freezing | 6 popsicles

                    - Presentation Tips: For an extra touch, serve the popsicles on a decorative plate and garnish with a few fresh blueberries and banana slices. Enjoy this refreshing treat on a warm day!
